Shipping Policy (UK)

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If there are delays due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping (UK): 3-5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (UK): 1-2 business days

  • International Shipping: 5-10 business days (subject to customs clearance)

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier or file a claim with them directly. 

Postage delays 

No refund for postage will be issues in the event of a delay in postage. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@navenin.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your package. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
